What a lovely addition to this series. Christie works in the library and her life is pretty smooth and easy. In fact you could say boring, nothing exciting seems to happen. Then one day she meets Steve and suddenly her life becomes complicated. To make matters even more confusing Christie is reading a book written by Helen (Hel) McFadden about Pru who gets involved with a pirate - Black Nick Hawkeye. While in the real world Christie is trying to figure out if Steve can be trusted, at the same time in the book Christie reads how Pru is also wondering if she can let herself fall in love with Nick. We are taken on a delightful journey as we follow both Christie and the fictional Pru. Will both find happiness or heartbreak? Have an enjoyable time finding out how it turns out for them. A pleasure to read. | ||||||||||||||
